Role Overview: As a Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering and assessing mandatory and specialist training. This includes:Mandatory inductions and updates Practical skill assessments Ensuring colleagues are up to date and knowledgeable in delivering high-quality care The successful candidate will be based in the Manchester area and will be expected to travel to Active Care Group sites and training venues within an approximate 100-mile radius including overnight stop overs.At Active Care Group, we are committed to providing expert, compassionate care, and fostering an inclusive, supportive environment. Minimum of 18 months of occupational competency in Health & Social Care. Experience working with individuals with physical and/or neurological conditions. Strong presentation, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Computer literate, with the ability to adapt to diverse audiences. A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle (travel may include overnight stays). Successful candidates will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS.
