Calling all Oxfordshire and surrounding Business Analysts Are you ready to be a part of a project that integrates both business objectives and technology? Verse Group are pleased to be pairing with a global leader in green energy to help drive the successful merging of two individual companies to become one.


Initially a 6-month contract, this is a rare opportunity to be an integral part of a large-scale project.

Reporting to the lead Business Analyst, this role will see you be actively involved in:

  • Stakeholder engagement, collaborating with key stakeholders to understand their needs and

goals and act as a liaison to ensure clear communication.

  • Data analysis, gathering and reviewing data to support the goals within the project, and

documenting relevant business processes

  • Business process mapping, using BPMN 2.0 to map the business processes and assess the

impact these have on migration.

  • Requirement development, developing use cases, acceptance criteria and test plans to ensure

the best quality deliverables are achieved.

  • Testing and validation, executing test plans to confirm solutions are adequately meeting the

needs of the business.

  • Documentation and training, creating and maintaining project documentation and developing

various training material for users.


If that sounds like something you have proven experience in, you ideally will also possess:

  • Intimate knowledge of multiple industry technology systems
  • Hands-on experience in testing and mapping business processes.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal are crucial)
  • The ability to influence stakeholders and support strategic decisions.
  • A collaborative and resourceful mindset, with a flare for problem solving (get creative with

it)

  • The ability to work both autonomously and within a group environment.
