Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will collaborate with sales and commercial teams to implement initiatives that engage customers and boost business performance. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven marketer to work across a broad range of activities from email marketing to paid media and events.

Responsibilities

  • Execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels for both businesses.
  • Manage email marketing, including customer segmentation and automation.
  • Support the creation, management, and optimisation of paid media campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to maintain consistent messaging.
  • Maintain website content (WordPress) and update sales materials.
  • Assist in event coordination for internal and external events.
  • Analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools, providing insights to enhance effectiveness.
  • Manage social media feedback and online reviews for the group.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in marketing, with hands-on involvement in campaign management.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and email marketing, including automation.
  • Experience with paid social campaigns from setup to performance analysis.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work across teams.
  • Experience in B2B marketing, ideally in recruitment or technical services, and knowledge of Bullhorn CRM and Force24 is a plus.
  • Familiarity with WordPress or similar CMS platforms is desirable.
