Our client a leading Renewable Energy Investment Manager with offices in London are looking for a Valuations Associate.
You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial modelling, conducting valuations, and asset management.
Responsibilities:
- Quarterly update of project and fund models, producing discounted cash flow valuations and IRRs.
- Review modelling input assumptions and present recommendations for changes.
- Assist with creating valuation reporting packs and meeting investor/regulatory reporting requirements.
- Support external fund audits
- Identify and model value enhancement opportunities with the asset management team
Role Requirements:
- University graduate with a minimum 2:1 degree
- 2-4yrs of experience
