Role Overview


As a Global Digital Advertising Performance Specialist, you will be at the heart of our mission to redefine education and coaching globally. Your strategies will directly increase our reach and user engagement and expand our educational offerings into new markets. Success in your role means enhanced brand recognition and significant user base growth, directly feeding into our overarching goal of making quality education and professional coaching accessible worldwide.


This role demands a seasoned digital marketing strategist capable of managing and exponentially growing our digital advertising channels and media buying across our diverse brands. Tasked with doubling our annual revenue from $3 million to $6 million within the next 12 months, alongside our talented team, your strategic and hands-on leadership in marketing will directly influence our market presence and financial growth. This ambitious target, paired with our existing $25 million valuation, highlights both the challenge and the substantial impact you will have.


Our Marketing Strategy


Our strategic approach revolves around a well-established marketing funnel that has been crafted over the last four years. At its core, this strategy involves:


  • Initial Engagement: Utilizing educational webinars to introduce prospects to career opportunities in life coaching, capturing interest and engagement.



  • Membership Conversion: Digitally converting webinar participation to join our Coachflix & CoachApp at $19.99 per month, providing immediate value and nurturing leads without large upfront costs.



  • Value Escalation: After integrating new members into our community online on Coachapp and offline at Cafe Coach, we strategically introduce them to higher-value offerings with our sales team, offering comprehensive live online courses ranging from $3,000 to $10,000.



  • Performance Metrics: With a Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) of approximately $200 and a Lifetime Value (LTV) of about $1,000, our marketing funnel not only remains profitable but also scalable. However, we believe there to be much more scope to both lower CAC and increase LTV - this is where you come in, whilst scaling ad spend and organic reach

Key Responsibilities


  • Strategic Advertising Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive digital advertising strategies that ensure rapid revenue growth across all brands.



  • Performance and Equity Metrics: Achieve specified revenue milestones that trigger equity rewards, aligning your financial growth with the company's success.



  • Innovative Campaign Management: Lead dynamic advertising campaigns, optimizing spending and performance across multiple channels including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and emerging platforms.



  • Hands-On Implementation: Directly manage and execute key marketing initiatives alongside our team, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with our growth objectives.



Earnings and Equity Structure


Base Salary + Performance-Based Equity: A competitive 6-figure base salary complemented by significant equity stakes based on performance milestones.


Equity Details: After a 6-month probation period, equity is granted based on revenue achievements:

  • 25% of Equity ($62,500) awarded when revenue reaches $4 million.
  • Additional 25% ($62,500) upon reaching $5 million.
  • Remaining 50% ($125,000) when the $6 million target is achieved.



Five-Year Exit Strategy: As part of our long-term vision, you will participate in a planned exit strategy, potentially realizing a substantial seven-figure payout as the company grows.

  • Proven Performance Marketing Expertise: Minimum 5 years in high-stakes digital advertising roles, media buying, and strategic funnel optimisation leadership, with documented success in scaling customer acquisition and revenues significantly.
