Digital Business Analyst - Luxury Travel Company - Hybrid with 2 to 3 days a week in the office in South West London - Up to 60K plus bens.

In this exciting Digital Business Analyst role, you will form an essential part of the agile multidisciplinary development team at this highly successful luxury travel company where you will work 2 to 3 days a week at its beautiful office in South West London, collaborating with its award-winning team, with the remaining 2 days spent working from home. To apply for this role, you will need to have had previous experience in a Digital Business Analyst capacity with exposure to CRM platforms and implementation and support in CRMs such as Hubspot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.

Essential Skills

  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to elicit business requirements and understand their needs.
  • Develop detailed documentation including business requirements, functional specifications, and process maps.
  • Service desk/Help Desk experience in responding to business issues and queries.
  • Experience working with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Working closely with the QA function and ensuring requirements traceability.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Hubspot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
  • Familiarity with database management, SQL, and data analysis tools.


Additionally, in your previous roles as a Digital Business Analyst, you should have skills with CRM Implementation and Support which will enable you to:


  • Ensure the company's CRM solutions align with business strategies and enhance customer experiences.
  • Customize CRM workflows, dashboards, and reports to meet user requirements.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for CRM-related issues.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between IT and business units for CRM-related initiatives.
