A well-established and growing financial planning business are seeking an experienced Independent Financial Advisor (IFA) to join their team covering the London and surrey Borders. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, client-focused advisor who is committed to providing high-quality, holistic financial planning and investment advice.As Independent Financial Advisor (IFA) you will: Build and maintain strong client relationships to support ongoing business growth.Provide holistic financial planning advice based on each client’s individual needs.Create and implement personalised financial plans, using a structured client journey.Conduct full fact-finding, risk assessments, cash-flow modelling and scenario planning.Prepare documentation, meeting notes, and income/expenditure analysis.Deliver ongoing client reviews and ensure all recommendations remain suitable.Promote the business within professional networks and local communities.Ensure all advice meets FCA regulations, including Consumer Duty requirements.Work collaboratively with the internal team to deliver a high-quality client experience.Bring an existing client bank (if applicable) and continue to develop those relationships.Maintain CPD and meet all regulatory competence standards.
