Building Services Mobile Technician

The Building Services Mobile Technician plays a key role in maintaining the operational performance and appearance of a range of Frasers Group properties. The role involves travelling between sites to carry out maintenance testing and repair tasks ensuring all facilities remain safe functional and well-presented. Working both independently and as part of a team the technician supports day-to-day operations assists with project work and contributes to the overall efficiency and reliability of the property portfolio.Key ResponsibilitiesTo spend each day carrying out a variety of planned and reactive work on within hotels and various properties and sites (NG20) within 50milesCarrying out reactive and planned works related to electrical painting and multi-trade works and or (MEP) Where qualification is appropriateWorking with Engineers on larger scale worksUndertaking works issued through CMMS SystemsRunning tests and trouble shootingAdministration of any software systems used by the group.Working solo and with teams to ensure property is maintainedSupport in small scale project work and when required.Testing and diagnosing equipment and devicesSupporting the wider group facilities team at DCAssisting where operationally required with any task as per the needs of the business.Qualifications : Full UK Driving Licence Minimum Level 2 in Multiskilled or Specific trade or experience in selected field (painting electrical handyman heating GAS etc) and or (MEP). A Level 3 Electrical qualification is ideal or knowledge of electricalExperience/Background in any trade or field Understanding and experience working with hand and power toolsOffice 365 skillsAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced environmentAbility to self- work and motivateAdaptable and receptive to new ideas from any source. Willing and able to adjust to changing demands and circumstances.Skilled and intuitive in identifying solutions to problems. Uses the expertise skills and experience of others as appropriate.Independent self-reliant enthusiastic and determined.
