Private Dining/Events Head Waiter


At KOL, part of the MJMK group, we source and celebrate the finest expressions of British ingredients, championing wild food and seasonality to create dishes that reflect the bright, fresh flavours of Mexican cooking. The kitchen team is headed up by Chef Patron Santiago Lastra and was awarded a Michelin star in 2022, followed by being named 17th in the Worlds 50 Best in 2024. Respect and understanding are central to our work. Before ingredients and dishes, we invest in the people and producers who trust us to represent their culture and traditions and our team also reflects this. As KOL continues its success, were looking for a Waiter to join the team. who will oversee the guest experience, from the moment they sit down, right through to the end of their meal.


As a Private Dining/Events Head Waiter at KOL, we can offer you:

Up to £17 per hour, dependent on your experience, inclusive of service charge.

Work/life balance with a four-day working week.

25% staff discount across all MJMK restaurants.

. Overseeing our exclusive Chefs Table, ensuring each dining experience is not only flawless but also a memorable culinary journey.

. Tackling any issues or last-minute changes with professionalism and ease, ensuring every event runs smoothly and guests are delighted.

. A strong and efficient communicator, consistently liaising with Sales & Events Manager, Guest Relations Manager and Head of R&D to create bespoke events for clients

. Transforming Events into Experiences, by turning each event into extraordinary, unforgettable experiences
