THE ROLE - COMMIS CHEF

The role of Commis Chef or Demi Chef de Partie is to support senior chefs in preparatory work and daily kitchen operation. We have vacancies in both savoury and pastry section. The ideal candidate should have:

Prior experience in high end hotels/restaurant kitchens.

Willingness and desire to learn and develop under the guidance of the kitchen management team.

Attention to detail, flexibility and responsible
