What's Required of the Technical Sales Engineer?

  1. Educated to a Degree level, preference for Master's or PhD in Physics, Engineering, Optics, or Laser Technology
  2. Experience in business development, technical sales, or key account management would be advantageous but not essential
  3. Strong communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills
  4. A proactive and strategic mindset with the ability to identify new markets
  5. Willingness to travel extensively across the UK and Europe
