Key Responsibilities:
•Set and achieve ambitious goals and targets.
•Proactively identify and engage top-tier passive candidates through strategic cold calling.
•Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to successful candidate placement.
•Source and connect with potential candidates for open roles using our CRM system and LinkedIn.
•Engage passive candidates through personalized outreach and messaging.
