As a vital member of the team focused on litigation, your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks including: Typing and audio typing for various communication mediums such as letters, faxes, memos, emails, and documents. Crafting court documents with precision and attention to detail. Preparing documents and managing the filing of statutory returns. Handling telephone communication, both making and receiving calls on behalf of the solicitor. Managing email correspondence on behalf of the solicitor. Scheduling appointments, maintaining updated records, and managing contacts. Executing filing, faxing, and photocopying duties while ensuring records are current. In terms of qualifications and skills, we are seeking candidates with: 1 year or more of experience in a similar role, demonstrating a solid understanding of the responsibilities involved. Strong and confident communication skills, essential for effective collaboration within the team and communication on behalf of the solicitor. Effective time management skills, crucial for meeting deadlines and efficiently handling a diverse range of tasks associated with the role.
