Job Overview:

The Sales and Applications Engineer will support sales growth and market presence for Esco GB within the healthcare industry, working closely with various internal teams and customers. This role includes preparing presentations, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring smooth project transitions. The position is based on-site in the UK with occasional travel required and reports to the Sales Manager.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare customer sales presentations and internal templates.
  • Assist in sales growth and market presence enhancement.
  • Attend exhibitions and trade shows across the UK and Europe.
  • Aid in business development through OEM partnerships and strategic alliances.
  • Collaborate with engineering and marketing teams for project alignment and content creation.
  • Manage CRM updates, quotation preparation, and customer follow-ups.
  • Support Esco agents and provide product training.
  • Maintain understanding of market trends and pricing to adjust strategies.


Key Requirements:

  • Educational background in a relevant technical or engineering field.
  • Minimum of 2 years in technical sales, costing, or application procedures.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Sage, Salesforce) and MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
  • Knowledge of industry standards like ISO and GMP Annex 1.
  • Full UK driving license; willingness to travel as needed.
