Newcastle upon Tyne, United Kingdom Sage Full time

Job Title Data and Analytics Manager Job Description At Sage, we believe data tells a story, one that helps us understand our customers, shape great experiences, and create products that truly empower businesses. We're looking for a Data & Analytics Manager who's excited by that story, someone who can turn complex data into meaningful insights and help drive real impact across our digital experiences. This role is a hybrid role, based 3 days a week in our Newcastle office. Key Responsibilities What you'll be doing: In this role, you'll be at the heart of Sage's web performance and optimisation efforts. You'll dive deep into user behaviour, conversion trends, and testing results to uncover what really drives our customers - then turn those findings into clear, actionable insights. Working closely with our Data Science, Experimentation, UX, and Marketing teams, you'll help craft data-driven strategies that elevate the customer experience and boost conversion rates. You'll take ownership of our Power BI dashboards, building and maintaining tools that make data come alive for stakeholders across the business. Your dashboards will tell a story - not just about numbers and performance, but about opportunities, growth, and customer impact. Alongside this, you'll blend quantitative insights with qualitative research, creating a holistic view of the customer journey and helping teams see where friction occurs and how to fix it. As you analyse and visualise our data, you'll play a pivotal role in helping Sage's digital teams make confident, informed decisions. Whether it's spotting a conversion bottleneck, identifying the next A/B test opportunity, or refining our reporting approach, you'll be the voice of clarity and insight in a world of data. About You: You're naturally curious, detail-oriented, and passionate about understanding what drives people to click, convert, and come back. You're comfortable juggling analytics, visualisation, and collaboration - and you love seeing your insights turn into real-world impact. You'll shine in this role if you have: Experience analysing digital behaviour using tools like Google Analytics, Content Square, or similar. - Hands-on experience designing and managing Power BI dashboards. - A knack for turning complex data into actionable insights that improve customer experience. - A collaborative approach - you enjoy partnering with cross-functional teams to solve problems. - Familiarity with A/B testing, conversion funnels, and CRO strategies. Why Join Sage? At Sage, data isn't just numbers, it's the foundation of everything we do. You'll join a forward-thinking team that's passionate about experimentation, creativity, and collaboration. We'll give you the freedom to explore, the tools to succeed, and the support to keep growing. Here, your insights won't sit in a dashboard, they'll shape how millions of customers experience Sage every day. What's in it for you? • Generous bonuses and pension scheme: Up to 8% matched pension contribution plus 2% top-up by Sage. • 25 days of paid annual leave with the option to buy up to another 5 days • 8 bank holiday days • Paid 5 days yearly to volunteer through our Sage Foundation • 50% income protection • Holiday buy + sell • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage • Work away scheme for up to 10 weeks a year • Ongoing training and professional development • Hybrid working • Healthy Mind app membership • Access to various helpful memberships for finances, health and wellbeing #LI-VM1 Function Performance Marketing Country United Kingdom Office Location Newcastle Work Place type Hybrid Advert Working at Sage means you're supporting millions of small and medium sized businesses globally with technology to work faster and smarter.
