Assistant Unit ManagerAbout the CompanyThis company is looking for a dedicated and experienced Childrens Residential Deputy Manager to cover a temporary vacancy in one of their 2 bed medium to long care children's homes. The company is known for providing high-quality care for children and young people in need of support.About the RoleThe Deputy Childrens Manager will be responsible for deputising for the home manager, supervising staff, ensuring the children's needs are met, writing reports, monitoring and keeping systems updated, and being on an on-call rota for evenings and weekends. The role may include sleep-ins and cover at weekends should there be staff shortages.
