Your Role As ourMultimodal Freight Coordinator , you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless movement of goods acrossair, sea, and road freight . From coordinating shipments to managing documentation, you'll be the go-to person ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end freight operations across all transport modes. Prepare and review shipping documentation, including bills of lading and customs declarations. Liaise with clients, carriers, and overseas agents to coordinate shipments efficiently. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Proactively resolve logistical challenges with practical, solutions-driven thinking. What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves problem-solving, and takes pride in delivering outstanding service. You'll Bring: Minimum 3 years' experience with a UK-based freight forwarder (air, sea, or road). Strong knowledge of import/export processes and customs clearance.
