About the Role:
The successful candidate will play a key role in managing Rural Estates and providing expert rural advice to the company's prestigious clients in the area. The position offers a unique blend of estate management and professional work within a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Act as principal agent for key estate management clients
- Conduct comprehensive estate and farming business reviews
- Handle diversification projects and strategic land promotion
- Perform secured lending and professional valuations
Qualifications:
- MRICS qualified with relevant rural surveying experience
- Proven ability to deliver work across diverse projects
- Strong leadership potential and client relationship skills
- Excellent time management and prioritisation abilities
- Exceptional communication and team collaboration skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
