About the Role:

The successful candidate will play a key role in managing Rural Estates and providing expert rural advice to the company's prestigious clients in the area. The position offers a unique blend of estate management and professional work within a collaborative team environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Act as principal agent for key estate management clients
  • Conduct comprehensive estate and farming business reviews
  • Handle diversification projects and strategic land promotion
  • Perform secured lending and professional valuations


Qualifications:

  • MRICS qualified with relevant rural surveying experience
  • Proven ability to deliver work across diverse projects
  • Strong leadership potential and client relationship skills
