As an integral part of our operations, you will be responsible for safely operating a Counterbalance forklift truck to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise within the warehouse. This position requires a keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate stock records.As a Production Despatch, you will be responsible for:Ensure all dispatched orders are planned and carried out in accordance with the operational scheduleEnsure all deliveries are right first timeManaging the receipting of all incoming goods into stores and decanting into correct area dailyUnload deliveries as well as preparing and completing orders for deliveryManage cleanliness and efficient use of dispatch space in the unit and containersDaily forklift checksThe ideal Production Despatch operator will:Hold a valid Counterbalance certificateHave previous experience working in a similar role as a Production Dispatch would be beneficial.Experience of working in a warehouse environmentAn understanding of a 3rd party logistics operationA working knowledge of Health & Safety in a site/warehousing environmentNumeracy and literacy skills with the ability to accurately complete paperworkTo be considered for this role please click 'Apply' and follow the instructions
