The home offers the flexibility of respite care for short breaks and permanent care for those who can no longer live at home. There is a separate purpose-built unit specialising in the care of residents who have dementia type illnesses in addition to support those residents with residential needs for up to 16 service users.The Care Quality and Compliance Manager will support the Registered Manager in operationally driving and leading the strategy set for the Company. This role will work alongside shift leaders and the team in ensuring the best quality of service delivery and standards, and making sure that the service is a provider of choice in this regulated sector.Benefits include...
