In this role you will be: Carrying out testing, servicing, and maintenance on a range of small petrol powered tools. Managing workshop tasks and ensuring the servicing schedule is consistently up to date. Assisting customers in the yard and providing equipment demonstrations when needed. Ensuring all small plant equipment is well-maintained, operational, and presentable. Diagnosing equipment faults, ordering necessary parts, and completing repairs efficiently. Updating order books and job cards accurately and in a timely manner. Keeping the Branch Manager and hire desk informed on the status and progress of ongoing repairs.
