This role requires a deep understanding of Resource Link, a comprehensive HR and payroll management system, to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.


Key Responsibilities


  • Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

  • Utilize Resource Link to manage HR and payroll processes.
  • Ensure the system is configured correctly to support business processes.
  • Lead and participate in project planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the Resource Link system.
  • Provide technical support and training to users of the Resource Link system.
  • Identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements.
  • Proficient in system analysis, design, and implementation.
  • Strong understanding of HR and payroll processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with database management and data integration.
