About The Role Your role will be to oversee the delivery of the service, making sure the programme meets its aim, line managing the Complex Lives Navigator. You will jointly collate all reports for the quarterly Operational Governance and Performance Board and present outcomes and learning. You will also be responsible for compiling reports, including case studies, for the commissioner demonstrating Reach Out’s activities and impact.
