We are looking for enthusiastic and kind-hearted Teaching Assistants to join usAs a Teaching Assistant youll play a crucial role in supporting our students aged four to eighteen years old to reach their full potential while making every school day as fun and fulfilled as possible.Our students have access to a range of activities to help with their learning including a hydrotherapy swimming pool sensory rooms a kitchen for cooking and baking forest school and rotunda to name a fewWe enjoy celebrating all the amazing achievements with students at school whether itscounting to ten being able to solve a tricky maths equation or having a conversation with someone newThe role Working atPortfield School is unbelievably rewarding and we guarantee that no two days will be the same this does come with some challenges which may be both physically and emotionally demanding at times however you will not be alone on going support will always be available from your team members line manager Leadership team mental Health First aiders or our Employee Assistance programme plus you will have our 12 week training programme.
