Our newly formed US Tech Team have had some major success so far in 2024 (£870k in H1 2024), and with no signs of slowing down, this leads us to our search for someone who will join our high-performing and passionate AI team covering the US market from our Manchester office

The role:

What you’ll be doing:

Identifying opportunities across the US within AI or general tech, building out a complete 360 desk: pitching to new clients, negotiating terms, and delivering to their recruitment needs.


Supported by other team members, you’ll be creating your presence across the AI space through social engagement and building a community.


Working closely with our Client Services and Marketing teams, you’ll set up a clear value proposition to target these companies and markets and agreeing the most appropriate client solutions pitch.


The Requirements:

  • A proven track record in 360 recruitment, from winning clients and new business, to delivering candidates to the jobs you’ve pulled – preferably in a tech market already.
  • Able to work with freedom and responsibility.
  • Used to generating, following and chasing leads and negotiating deals in order to get them across the line.
  • Juggling several plates will be important as you handle and manage different clients and processes at any one time.
  • Available and open to coming to the Manchester office 3 times per week.
  • Someone who is happy to get involved in our Strativ culture
