Warrington, WA2 8QYContract Offered: Full-time, permanentWorking Hours / Shifts: 40 hours per week contract. 8.40am to 5.20pm, Monday to Friday.What does this role involve?This role is responsible for ensuring that a high quality, personalised experience is provided for all private medical companies using Randox pathology services. This is a varied role that may also include the following responsibilities:Ensuring the daily account management needs of hospital, clinics and pharmacy customers are metCommunicating with medical and scientific communities through a number of methods such as emails, written, presentations and meetingsLearn and retain scientific knowledge to be able to communicate with the medical and scientific communityFamiliarise yourself with the various clinical and laboratory pathways employed by various sectors of the marketEstablishing the most suitable corporate and contractual relationship within a diverse marketplaceContinually speak with the R&D and quality teams to provide a mix of scientific writing, strategy development and marketing as a means to develop more business.Essential criteria:Qualified to at least bachelor’s level or equivalent in a life science or medical disciplineExcellent communication skills to develop new relationships with diverse customersCommitment to continued learning and self education in the biotechnology marketScientific writing skills for PR, marketing and publicationsComputer literacy in Microsoft office applications and laboratory software applicationsBe able to confidently discuss, calculate and document the financial status of customer accounts and pricingDesirable:Previous work experience in the diagnostics/clinical pathology marketPrevious work experience in the primary care marketHow do I apply?Click Apply on the site you are seeing this advert on they will submit your CV to Randox for review.
