You’ll work closely with operations, finance, engineering, and suppliers to make sure the right products are sourced, stock levels are maintained, and purchasing processes run smoothly.If you enjoy variety, autonomy, and being part of a positive, improvement-focused culture, this is an excellent opportunity.What you’ll be doingProcurement & Supplier SupportRaise purchase orders and manage day-to-day procurement activityConduct supplier research, gather pricing, and support product selectionMaintain accurate supplier records and resolve supply issuesIdentify opportunities to improve cost efficiencyStock & Inventory ManagementMaintain optimal stock levelsCoordinate replenishment orders and avoid over- or under-stockingUse Business Central to monitor usage and plan stock requirements for field service teamsData, Reporting & Continuous ImprovementProduce reports on purchasing activity, stock accuracy and supplier performanceKeep system data clean and accurateContribute ideas that streamline processes and support a Lean, improvement-driven cultureTeam & CollaborationWork closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operationsBring energy, curiosity, and a collaborative mindsetSupport a culture focused on doing things better every dayWhat we’re looking for3–5 years’ experience in procurement, buying or stock controlStrong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detailComfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and reportingExperience with inventory or purchasing systems (Business Central is a bonus)Analytical mindset and proactive approachContinuous improvement mindsetSalary, Benefits & Perks💷 £40,000 – £45,000 base salary 🎯 Up to 8% performance bonus linked to KPIs📍 Early Friday finish (2:30pm) 🌱 Professional development support (CIPS / BI training) 🧘 Health & wellbeing programme Interested?If you’re ready to join a supportive, improvement-focused team where you can develop towards procurement management, I’d love to hear from you.Apply now
