Working closely with the Senior Account Manager, your role will be varied and you will be supported to grow and develop in the creative industryYour role will involve: * Building and maintaining lasting relationships with clients and partners by understanding their focus and anticipating their needs * Supporting the Senior Account Manager in co-ordinating a broad spectrum of creative client projects * Liaising between the client services and agency teams * Briefing both internal and external creative teams * Tracking project status and driving projects forward with the support of the Senior Account Manager * Completing projects on time and to budget * Managing administrative and project work * Preparing estimates and POs * Working alongside the production coordinator to deliver projects with a print production elementYou will be the ideal candidate due to your: * Previous experience in a similar client facing, administrative role. Ideally within an agency though not essential * Marketing experience preferred * Excellent communication skills * Excellent attention to detail * Highly organised * Professional pro-active approach * Team player with a fun attitudeThis is a great opportunity to join our growing agency team.
