The ideal candidate will have a proven record of effectively managing multiple property transactions within tight deadlines. Exceptional communication skills are paramount, alongside a robust understanding of the property sales cycle ??. The capacity to troubleshoot complex issues while maintaining client satisfaction is essential, ensuring that each transaction progresses efficiently to the delight of all parties involved �?. The right individual could either be an Estate Agent looking to move into a full time progression role or an experienced Sales progressor.
