About the role: Astute's Renewables Team is partnering exclusively with a key business and influential player in the UK Anaerobic Digestion market. The company are seeking to add a Plant Operator on an evening to middle of the night shift, likely 8pm to 4am, Monday to Friday. Responsibilities and duties: Reporting to the Plant Manager you will: Monitor the anaerobic digestion plant, ensuring optimal run time Support the Plant Manager to implement and achieve operational and personal targets Ensure that the plant is clean and tidy Feed the plant using a Telehandler Ensure that the extruders are running smoothly and attending to any issues Maintain all relevant site health, safety, quality and environmental standards Ensure that health and safety is adhered to at all times Perform visual checks of the plant, logging all findings Perform any housekeeping duties that need doing Other duties are requiredProfessional qualifications: We are looking for someone with the following: Telehandler licence or proven experience using and driving a Telehandler A recognised engineering qualification is preferred but not essential Expe...
