Clients can trust the knowledgeable and dedicated team to provide exceptional service for their engagement, special occasions, bespoke creations, as well as repairs and remodels.Role DescriptionThe Junior Sales Executive will be responsible for assisting clients in-store, managing customer inquiries, processing transactions, maintaining an organized and clean boutique, and assisting the Senior Sales Executives with daily tasks. This is a full-time on-site position located in the Burlington Arcade.Qualifications & requirementsAspire to provide exceptional customer serviceAbility to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environmentPrevious sales experience and a passion for luxury goods and jewelleryAttention to detail and ability to maintain an organized and clean boutiqueWell presented with a professional demeanour and positive attitudeAbility to work independently and as part of a teamCustomer-first mindsetRetail experience is desired, but not essential.Excellent written and spoken English proficiencyHours4 week days, plus 1 weekend day 9:15 to 17:45RemunerationSalary 23-25k plus annual bonus and pension 28 Days holiday
