Due to continued growth in 2024 our client is now looking to recruit a Property Sales Negotiator to their friendly and talented team – this exciting role will progress into carrying out Valuations and winning new business, so it’s a superb career move….
This is a hands on and varied sales position focussed on providing great customer service to vendors/buyers across the local area and being involved with property sales from start to finish.
Key duties will include:
- Marketing new and existing properties via phone, online and to registered buyers
- Handling all property enquiries: phone and email – arranging, co-ordinating and following up viewings for feedback from potential buyers, and liaising with vendors
- Negotiating sales – setting and managing closing dates, handling offers
- Arranging photography + home reports for new properties
- Assisting new business development by booking and following up valuations, promoting the company services
- Building rapport with buyers and vendors, and third parties
- Working as a team player alongside colleagues to ensure KPI’s and targets are met
- All connected general administration
The role is open to candidates from all parts of property and also may be suited to someone in sales looking to change career into Estate agency. It’s important you have a self motivated and customer focussed approach, with great sales and marketing skills. You should enjoy working to targets, and also be a team player who can build strong relationships quickly.
In return you can look forward to fantastic earnings potential, lots of incentives and a really supportive and ambitious office. Full time permanent post working 9am-5.30pm Monday to Friday, no weekends or evenings.
