Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Project Coordinator to join our team in Culham United Kingdom. As a Project Coordinator you will play a crucial role in supporting project managers and team members to ensure the successful delivery of multiple projects on time and within budget.
- Assist in the planning implementation and tracking of project activities
- Coordinate project schedules resources equipment and information
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation plans and reports
- Organise and facilitate project meetings taking minutes and tracking action items
- Liaise with internal teams external vendors and clients to ensure project goals are met
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
- Support the project manager in risk assessment and change management processes
- Manage projectrelated administrative tasks including updating project management software
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Project Management or a related field
- 23 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g. Microsoft Project Trello Asana)
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel Word and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail
- Proven time management and prioritisation abilities
- Effective problemsolving and critical thinking skills
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is desirable
- Ability to work onsite in Culham United Kingdom
