An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our client who has launched a fantastic own-label hair brand. As the Amazon Brand Manager, you will oversee the entire Amazon FBA sales channel. This strategic role demands a dynamic blend of inventory management, visual merchandising, and digital marketing expertise. You will ensure optimal stock levels, maintain a compelling brand appearance, and implement outreach strategies to maximise brand visibility and sales performance on Amazon.


Responsibilities:


Amazon Ads: Must be proficient with Amazon’s in-house advertising suite and be able to set-up and deliver campaigns that achieve the company’s ROI expectations.


Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure continuous product availability and minimise overstocks and understocks.


Product Presentation: Enhance product listings with high-quality images, detailed descriptions, and SEO-optimised content to improve visibility and appeal. Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all listings.


Sales and Promotions: Plan and execute effective promotional campaigns. Monitor performance and adjust strategies to meet sales targets.


Vendor Relations: Serve as the primary contact with Amazon Vendor Central, maintaining a positive and productive relationship and navigating platform-specific challenges.


Performance Analysis: Use Amazon’s analytics tools to track product performance, customer feedback, and market trends. Implement findings to improve listings, adjust pricing strategies, and enhance customer engagement.


P&L: Set-up and maintain the Amazon P&L ensuring the channel is both profitable and delivering growth for the business.



Essential Skills & Requirements


  • At least three years’ worth of experience using Amazon FBA and Amazon Ads.
  • Ability to work efficiently and to tight deadlines in a fast-paced & dynamic environment.
  • Highly numerate with strong analytical skills.
  • Have exceptional written, copywriting, proofreading and communication skills together with a keen eye for detail and creative flair.
  • Have a genuine interest in the beauty industry.
  • Ability to be flexible, as per the business' requirements.
