e are looking for a Scrub Theatre Nurse with Synergy Medical, you will play a vital role in supporting surgical teams and ensuring the smooth running of operations. Key Responsibilities Prepare and set up the operating room before procedures. Ensure all surgical instruments and equipment are sterile and ready for use. Safely and efficiently pass instruments and equipment to the surgeon during surgery. Assist with draping patients and de-gowning post-procedure. Respond promptly and calmly in surgical emergencies, following instructions and protocols. Complete accurate surgical documentation. Support patient transfer and handover to the recovery room. Carry out additional duties as directed by the surgical team. (Responsibilities may vary depending on location, speciality, and level of experience.) Requirements Current NMC registration. Minimum of 6 months recent UK NHS scrub experience. Ability to provide a clinical reference and employment history covering the last 3 years. Valid enhanced DBS (or eligibility to apply).
