KM Recruitment is a specialist UK wide recruiter for the Skills and Employability sectors.Job Title: Refrigeration Tutor / CoachLocation: Centre and field based deliverySalary: up to £55,000 (Depending on skills and experience)Type: Full-time, PermanentDuties:
  • Deliver theoretical and practical training sessions for L2 and L3 Diplomas in Refrigeration, Heat Pump and Air Conditioning to Apprentices in a group/classroom setting.
  • Visit Apprentices out in the field to carry out learning audits and evaluations
  • Assist learners in preparing for F-Gas Assessment and EPA
  • Coach, support and motivate learners throughout their training programme, ensuring learners are progressing within expectations
Essential Criteria:
  • Hold one of the following teaching or coaching qualifications:
    • Either a recognised Level 3 Teaching qualification (PTLLS/AET)
    • OR Assessor award (D32/33, A1, CAVA, TAQA)
    • OR relevant Coaching qualification
  • Must hold a Cat 1 F Gas and Hydrocarbon Qualified.
  • Hold a minimum of a Level 2 Vocational Qualification in Refrigeration (Air Conditioning/Heat Pump)
  • Occupational experience in the field of refrigeration, heat pump or air conditioning.
  • Experience of delivering training to adults
  • Good level of I.T skills
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
