Account holders receive a contactless Mastercard® debit card, access to key banking-like features, cashback rewards at major retailers, and an easy onboarding process with no credit checks or lengthy paperwork.At Suits Me®, we believe that everyone deserves a safe, accessible, and modern way to manage their money, regardless of background, income, or employment status.What you’ll be doingOwning the deployment of effective security governance and awareness across the wider organisation. providing security leadership to a small team of SecOps Engineers.Developing and delivering a roadmap for security products and services to support the Suits Me growth plans Assist with internal and external audits by providing evidence of controls and contributing to audit readiness activities.Collaborate with the compliance and risk teams to ensure IT operations meet regulatory obligations.Support vulnerability management efforts, including patching and system hardening.Contribute to incident response planning and participate in post-incident reviews.Continuously improve IT security posture by identifying gaps and implementing effective solutions in line with best practices and regulatory guidance.Being seen as the top technical authority on all Security matters within Suits Me.Ownership and delivery of our security awareness programme.Ensuring company-wide compliance with our internal security policies.What you’ll bring to Suits MeProven previous experience in an IT Operations and/or Security Engineer role, ideally within a fintech or regulated financial services environment.Strong understanding of security best practices across MacOS and Windows platforms.Proven tracked record with compliance and security frameworks such as, Cyber Essentials, PCI-DSS or other FCA regulations.Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to respond quickly to technical issues.Good documentation skills and an ability to work with non-technical stakeholders to explain security concepts.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.Good knowledge of the security marketplace, products and capabilities and understands the relationship between a variety of common security solutions.Standout candidates will also...Adaptability and flexibility.A probing and analytical approach with the ability to pre-empt potential problems and identify inefficiencies.Understand critical IT measures & systems and how they contribute to business goals and objectives.Experience in delivering security projects in an agile environment.BenefitsCompetitive salary30 days holiday per year plus Bank HolidaysStructured career path with support for continuous learning and development
