Blue Legal are partnering with a leading law firm who are recruiting for an Events Manager to join their London office. The Events Manager plays a key role in planning, delivering and evaluating a wide range of client, intermediary and internal events reporting directly into the Senior Event Manager. The Responsibilities:Deliver full end-to-end event management for client, intermediary and internal events, from conception to post-event administration and cost reconciliation.Build strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring they are informed, engaged and confident throughout the event lifecycle.Ensure events follow firm policies, best practices, brand standards and industry regulations, while monitoring effectiveness, competitor comparisons and attendee satisfaction.Manage supplier relationships, contract negotiations, budgets and reporting, ensuring commercial value and compliance with procurement requirements.Provide pre-event and on-site support, collaborating closely with BD and marketing teams and guiding them on processes and best practice.Oversee vendor coordination and track developments in event-industry laws, standards and technologies to maintain high-quality and compliant events.The Candidate:Extensive senior level event management expertise, ideally within professional services.Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder skills.Highly organised and detail-driven, with excellent IT and event tech skills.Please note: Due to the specific sectors we work in, only candidates with valid work experience in a Law Firm, Accountancy Firm, Management Consultancy, Property/Construction Firm, Financial Services Firm or a high profile relevant Association or Agency will be considered.
