People Management – recruitment / inductions and ongoing performance and attendance management, submission of daily debrief with drivers and weekly reports required. Compliance – Legalities, Management of domestic driving hours (breaks/length of shifts/rest periods). Additional support on all driver compliance in depots Resourcing – effective utilisation of rosters.
