A community-based company, famed for creating unforgettable experiences for families, is on the hunt for a Head of Marketing, working to build a cohesive brand, drive growth, and maximise revenue.The right candidate will be a dynamic marketer with the ability to run campaigns across multiple channels, including website, social, and email.Location: Solihull (three days in office)Salary: Up to £60,000 per annumAt least five years' experience in a multi-channel marketing role, with hands-on exposure to social media campaign managementExperience within an entertainment, consumer or lifestyle brand is preferableDemonstrable experience developing and executing integrated marketing strategies spanning social, digital, and offline channelsPrevious experience leading teams and managing marketing agencies is requiredAbility to deliver high-profile branding, social-led campaigns, and partnership activations with major organisationsStrong understanding of social content performance, analytics, and how to adapt messaging for different audiences and platformsProven ability to manage marketing budgets successfully, ensuring ROI and efficiencyComfortable collaborating closely with major commercial partners (household names) to create and deliver joint digital and social campaignsAnd what do you get in return?
