And we need you to help us shout it from the (virtual) rooftops
Main Purpose:
Enhance Get Laid Beds' online presence through effective SEO strategies, managing external SEO partners, driving organic traffic globally, improving search rankings, and increasing brand visibility in the UK, US, and Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage SEO tools, expenses, and external partners.
- Conduct keyword research and optimise website content
- Develop off page SEO strategies like backlink building and social media optimisation.
- Analyse website performance using SEO tools and report on key metrics (we love data almost as much as we love beds).
- Stay updated with SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices
- Collaborate with the Marketing team and agencies to integrate SEO best practices (basically, be the SEO evangelist).
- Develop the long term organic strategy and drive SEO focused culture
Essential Skills:
- 3+ years' experience in a SEO related role (bonus points if you’ve survived a Google update or two).
- Proficiency with SEO tools (we’re talking SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz – the holy trinity).
- Strong understanding of search algorithms and ranking factors (we need you to speak fluent Google).
- Excellent analytical, organisational, and time management skills (so we don’t find you buried under a pile of keywords).
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Strong communication skills
Desirable Skills:
- HTML, CSS, and JavaScript knowledge
- Experience with CMS we use Statamic and Opencart
- Understanding of social media strategies and UX/UI principles

Location: Leicester, UK
Salary: £35k £42k
Holidays: 28 days' holiday (increasing with tenure)
