About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Infoblox Support Engineer to join our client’s expanding team. This is a remote role focused on providing expert support and implementation for our client’s Infoblox Grid and DDI solutions. If you have a strong background in network administration and are proficient with Infoblox technologies, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

Grid Join:

  • Join new Grid members using CLI.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Grid join issues.
  • Collaborate with the Firewall team to ensure the necessary ports are open and secure.

Licensing:

  • Manage Grid and service licenses through the Infoblox Support Portal.
  • Upload Grid and service licenses via CLI and GUI.

DDI Setup:

  • Create and manage DNS Name Server Groups.
  • Establish DHCP Failover Associations.
  • Configure Network Views and Extensible Attributes.
  • Import IPAM Networks and Network Containers from CSV files.

Role-Based Access Control (RBAC):

  • Configure administrators, admin groups, roles, and permissions.
  • Restrict access to the GUI, API, or CLI as necessary.
