Ensure basic output figures are maintainedConduct basic housekeeping responsibilitiesMonitor Craftspeople within the line to check they comply with all health & safety regulations and company policy Continuously monitor the performance of the team Identify and implement changes to improve the flow and productivity of the line and inspire and lead the teams in all aspects of operational improvementResource support for any technical issues in your lineAction line changeoversCarry out WIP counts at weekTake part in a stock take twice per yearEnsure that quality targets are met working in conjunction with the Quality team through the supply of product to agreed specification identifying improvements with regard to consistency reduction of scrap and total number of repairs.Work with the Production & Operations Manager to resolve staffing needs. Ensure your team is upskilled to allow your team to be as flexible as possible and work with the Industrialisation team to arrange any training requirements. Liaise with the Production and Operations Manager with regards to recruitment for your line. Carry out any necessary recruitment requirements.Promote the highest possible quality standards at all times within the line Provide a point of contact for Craftsperson queries Make recommendations to the Production Operations Manager relating to performance.Brand: Embrace and demonstrate the Mulberry values and behaviours: honesty dynamism and a community-oriented spirit.Support Mulberry to deliver an inclusive culture through behaving in a way that is open-minded and respectful towards others and understanding that your views opinions and experiences may not always be shared by your colleagues.Act as an ambassador for Mulberry and communicate positively about the brand.Made to Last:Wherever possible incorporate environmentally responsible practices into your work. Team:Work collaboratively with all key stakeholdersDevelop challenge and grow direct reports by means of effective management thus forming a solid leadership styleHold daily morning meetings with the line communicating any important messages from the businessLog absence and behavioural issues using an absence tracker and Dayforce taking advice from HR when necessaryHandling of confidential employee information (i.e. absence data)Chairing confidential meetings for Craftspeople in your line (i.e. investigations recorded conversations disciplinaries)Carry out annual performance reviews analysing performance and setting future objectives.
