You will be providing support and care for persons who require nursing and personal care, caring for residents have a brain injury or neurological health care needs.The desired nurse will have excellent clinical skills and a naturally caring approach. As well as being able to easily articulate and work hard. As my client prides itself on its service, you will need to be able to offer a high standard of person centred care, to enable the small group of residents flexibility and control over their own care. As well as being able to design care that suits their needs.
