Job Title: Sales Development Representative


Company Overview:

As we continue to expand our business, we are seeking dynamic and experienced Sales Development Representatives to join our team.


Position Overview:

We are looking for a driven and self-motivated Sales Development Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, excellent communication skills, and a passion for products.


Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in the retail sector.

- Meet and exceed sales targets by actively seeking out new business opportunities.

- Present products and services to potential clients in a compelling and professional manner.

- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of products and services to clients.

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.

- Provide feedback to the management team to improve products and services.


Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative, New Business, or similar role in the retail sector.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong drive to succeed.

- Creative thinker with the ability to identify new business opportunities.

- Passionate about products and eager to learn about our offerings.


Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
