We are also a committed employer and pride ourselves in developing and supporting all our colleagues through professional leadership and career development opportunities.As a Negotiator working at Reeds Rains you will receive:Pay in the region of 24000 - 26000 per annum (OTE)Basic salary from 24000 plus monthly commission payUncapped earning opportunities and top achievers awardsDay off in lieu for any Saturday workedProfessional trainingDefined career path / progression opportunitiesIn the role of a Negotiator you will:Register Customers and carry out property matchesGenerate and conduct property viewingsNegotiate offers between all partiesMaximise branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages conveyancing insurance)Display excellent customer service at all timesIndustry experience is preferred but this is not essential as training will be provided.
