And while were part of a successful global group we have developed a start-up mentality of bravery and entrepreneurialism rooted in business-changing ideas.The RoleWere seeking a forward-thinking Account Manager and Media Specialist who is passionate about earned first storytelling with a deep understanding of how the modern media landscape is evolving across B2C & B2B channels and intersecting with digital social creativity data and commerce.Key Responsibilities Include: MediaAct as a key consultant for all things media with clients building trusted relationships and understanding their business needs.Play a key role in:The agencys media and publicity team leading on consumer and brand media strategy and helping to develop our POV in an ever-changing media landscape.The development of our approach to new media including the intersection of earned media and platform-specific social content and digital strategies.Set publicity/amplification direction and inspire teams across a portfolio of clients championing agency values and high standards.Clients Act as the day-to-day contact for key clients building trusted relationships through expert senior counsel.Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication problem-solving and delivering against objectives.Team DevelopmentMentor account and junior team members on best practise media strategy and digital PR through training and knowledge-sharing.Encourage a culture of inclusivity curiosity creativity and continuous improvement.Business Development and MarketingContribute to agency growth by identifying and supporting new business opportunities.Support with the development of new business proposals pitches and presentations.Build the agencys reputation through thought leadership content creation and industry engagement.Expand media and influencer networks to benefit both the agency and clients.Commercial Finance and OperationsManage account budgets on key clients working closely with the relevant Directors to ensure efficiency and consistency.Track and report on account performance KPIs and financial status with the relevant account leads/Directors.Support the continuous improvement of internal processes and best practices.About YouExperienced in media and digital PR within a communications agency in-house or as a formal journalist / influencer with a track record of delivering outstanding coverage and results for clientsStrong understanding of traditional media outlets digital platforms including social media content management systems and web analytics toolsAdept at client management and providing strategic media counsel driving cut through in todays media ecosystemSkilled in content creation writing presenting and reportingOrganised proactive and results-driven with a passion for new media communications and innovationCollaborative inclusive and committed to continuous learningExcited by the opportunity to work across a variety of sectors including travel consumer tech consumer healthcare FMCG entertainment and moreReady to bring new ideas and creativity to a team thats making a real impactProven ability to manage and grow client relationships.Strong team and people development skills.Excellent written verbal and presentation abilities.Commercially aware with experience managing budgets and reporting.Eligibility- you must have the right to work in the UK and be able to work in our Bankside office at least 3 days p/week.If you have experience in the above we would love to hear form youWhat We Offer YouA warm andfriendly team with a fantastic portfolio of global and UK clientsA truly global network the opportunity to be part of multi-market campaigns regularly working with colleagues across the globe.A strengths-based L&D framework with an in-house coach and development opportunities for career defining work.Weve fully embraced hybrid and flexible working.
