We are on the lookout for a dedicated and experienced Senior Merchandiser to join our hardworking retail team. The ideal candidate will lead their team to ensure the right stock is in the right place at the right time to maximise sales.

Description

  • Leading and motivating a team to achieve sales targets.
  • Ensuring optimal stock levels at all times.
  • Developing and implementing merchandising strategies.
  • Collaborating with other retail departments to improve overall business performance.
  • Analysing sales figures and forecasting future sales volumes.
  • Managing the allocation and replenishment of stock.
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activity.
  • Responsible for end-of-season sale preparations and execution.

Profile

A successful Senior Merchandiser should have:

  • Proven experience in retail merchandising.
  • Understanding of size complex departments (lingerie or jewellery experience preferable).
  • Excellent leadership and motivational skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Sound knowledge of retail management best practices.
  • Proficiency in relevant software for inventory management.
  • A degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
