£24k basic, OTE £40k in year 1; No prior experience required - Devon


Role Purpose:


As a Recruitment Consultant with X4, you will join a team of specialist consultants who are renowned for delivering organisational solutions and consultancy services. Your role will involve managing your own specialist market, and the 360-recruitment process, from establishing your own client relationships to identifying excellent talent for your client’s needs – empowering both parties the ability to succeed.


Key responsibilities:

  • Conducts market research, utilising sales techniques to initiate relationships with prospective clients, identifying client recruitment needs and fulfilling them in accordance to X4s Recruitment lifecycle.
  • Confidently qualifies candidates, and fulfils post-placement follow up, demonstrating tenacity in providing a reputable consultancy service.
  • Committed to achieving X4s business development objectives, demonstrating skill to manage client calls independently and retrieve necessary information to strengthen relationship.
  • Manages time effectively, by completing day-to-day tasks (KPIs) within deadlines.
  • Utilises Seven20 in accordance with the Recruitment Life Cycle, codes managers/companies correctly, leverages the data and capabilities of the software to enhance consultancy performance (EG hotlists).
  • Collaborates with other consultants to enhance market knowledge and role capability.
  • Establishes understanding of X4s core compliance processes and policies (EG registering placement correctly on S20, payment terms, credit checks).
  • Establishes an active LinkedIn presence by sharing valuable X4 content, as an effort to establish client and candidate engagement streams, to strengthen market presence.
  • Attends all training sessions and understands X4s policies surrounding behavior, diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging.
