Job Description:We are a prestigious UK-based law firm specialising in civil litigation and bridging finance. With a reputation for excellence and strategic legal insight we are expanding our remote team and seeking a highly skilled professional to provide executive-level administrative and operational support. This role combines senior legal administration client liaison and direct support to our litigation teams offering a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of civil legal practice.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the first point of contact for the firm and associated companiesManage telephone calls emails post and client enquiries professionallyDraft format and amend legal documents correspondence and contract templatesProvide administrative support to the legal teamSchedule and organise meetings (internal and external)Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the virtual officeSupport fee earners with civil litigation tasks and case preparation as neededKey Requirements:Proven experience in UK civil litigation is essentialFully set up to work remotely with reliable internet and workspaceProfessional friendly and client-focused approachExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishStrong organisational skills and attention to detailAbility to multitask prioritise and work independentlyProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)Degree in Law Economics Business Finance or a related fieldExposure to experienced litigators or direct support to litigation teams is highly advantageousSolid understanding of UK legal processes and compliance requirementsBusiness development awareness is a plusWhat We Offer:Comprehensive training and ongoing supportFully remote and flexible working arrangementOpportunity to contribute to a growing legal-financial practiceExposure to bridging finance civil litigation and other legal areasCareer growth within a specialised legal sectorRequired Experience:Unclear Seniority Key Skills Diploma,Jpa,Community Support,Infection Control,Contract Management,ACCA Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
